No. The sample pack is paid because we print your actual artwork on real napkins across every quality tier — it's a real production run in miniature, not a generic swatch. Free samples elsewhere are usually pre-printed stock.
How much does the sample pack cost?
Sample pack cost is quoted individually because it depends on quality tiers included, artwork complexity, print method (full color vs. foil), and shipping destination. Email or WhatsApp us — we reply same business day with your specific quote.
What's included in a standard sample pack?
Your artwork printed on airlaid, Doble Punto, 3-ply, and 2-ply napkins in the cocktail size (3.94 x 3.94 in folded). Additional sizes or print methods can be added on request.
What artwork file formats do you accept?
PDF, AI, EPS, SVG (vector preferred), or high-resolution PNG. If you have a Pantone reference for foil or brand colors, include it in your request.
How long does the sample pack take to arrive?
Typically 5-7 business days from payment: production plus US nationwide shipping. Rush production is available on request.
Can I order the full run after I approve the samples?
Yes. Once you approve the sample pack, we move straight into the full production. Standard turnaround is 12 business days from artwork approval, or 5 business days with rush.
