2 · Quantity
Unit price drops significantly at volume. 50-500 units is boutique territory. 5,000-50,000 hits standard event volumes. 100,000+ enters recurring hospitality pricing.
3 · Print method
Full-color digital CMYK is standard. Pantone hot-stamp foil (37 colors) prices higher and needs longer lead time. Multi-color combinations shift the quote too.
4 · Artwork & timeline
Simple one-color logo prices lowest. Complex artwork or multiple ink colors adjusts the setup cost. Rush production (5 business days) adds a surcharge; standard is 12 business days.

Why don't you publish prices?
Because every order genuinely varies by material, quantity, print method, artwork complexity, timeline, and destination. Publishing a fixed price would either overcharge a large wholesale order or undercharge a small bespoke run — neither is honest. Instead we quote every order individually within one business day.
How fast will I get my quote?

What is the minimum order quantity?
50 units. This applies to every quality tier (airlaid, Doble Punto, 3-ply, 2-ply) and every print method.
Is there a setup fee?
Setup cost varies by print method (full color vs. Pantone hot stamp foil) and artwork complexity. It's included in your written quote — not a hidden line item after.
Do you charge for artwork revisions?
Standard artwork revisions before your final approval are included. Major redesigns after approval or reprints for artwork errors on your side are quoted separately.
How much does rush production cost?
Rush production (5 business days vs. standard 12) adds a surcharge that depends on quality tier and quantity. It's included transparently in your quote when you request rush.
Do you offer paid sample packs before the full order?
Yes. A paid sample pack prints your actual artwork on real napkins across every quality tier. Sample pack cost is quoted individually — see the sample pack page for details.
Do you handle recurring hospitality or brand programs?
Yes. Recurring restaurants, hotels, and brand teams reorder every 30, 60, or 90 days. Artwork stays on file and reorder quotes are faster.
