What size is a custom dinner napkin?
We make three: 11.81 in (5.91 in folded), 12.99 in (6.50 in folded) and 15.75 in / 40×40 cm (7.87 × 7.87 in in quarter fold or 3.94 × 7.87 in in 1/8 fold).
Can I get a 15 × 17 in or other non-square dinner size?
No — our dinner napkins are square. The closest size to most large dinner requests is the 15.75 in (40×40 cm) sheet, which we can quote in both folds so you can compare presentation.
What is the minimum order?
20 units for Full Color (digital CMYK, printed on white napkins) and 50 units for Deluxe Hot Stamp (single-color foil). Runs go up to 1,000,000 units.
Can a 3-color logo be printed in foil?
Not in one pass. Deluxe hot stamp is single-color per napkin. Multi-color logos are printed in Full Color (digital CMYK), which reproduces Pantone colors as close CMYK matches.
Can I print on a colored dinner napkin?
Yes, with Deluxe hot stamp foil or debossing. Full Color (CMYK) prints on white napkins only.
How long does production take?
12 business days from artwork approval and payment, with US shipping included in the quote. A 5-business-day rush is available for a surcharge.
Can I order dinner and cocktail napkins together?
Yes. Many weddings order 8 in cocktail napkins for the bar and 15.75 in dinner napkins for the tables with the same design in one production run.
