What is napkin printing?
Napkin printing is the process of applying artwork, logos, monograms, or text onto blank paper napkins. TNC offers two printing methods: full-color digital CMYK for complex artwork, and hot foil stamping for single-color premium logos. Both work on airlaid, Doble Punto, 3-ply, and 2-ply paper.

What's the minimum order?
20 units for Full Color (digital CMYK, printed on white napkins) and 50 units for Deluxe Hot Stamp (single-color foil). Runs go up to 1,000,000 units per design, with 12-business-day US delivery.
Do you print napkins with logos?
Yes — we print your company logo, restaurant crest, hotel mark, wedding monogram, or personal artwork is our core service. Foil for single-color premium look; digital for complex multi-color artwork.
What files do you accept?
Vector formats preferred (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) — they scale cleanly and print sharp at any size. Raster formats (PNG, JPG, TIFF) accepted at 300 DPI minimum. Send your file with your quote request and we'll advise if any adjustment is needed.
How fast is napkin printing?

What sizes are available?
Cocktail (7.87 in open, 3.94 in folded), luncheon (9.45 in), dinner (11.81, 12.99 and 15.75 in), and specialty folds (kangaroo, 1/8 fold). All available on both printing methods.

To any address in all 50 US states, with shipping included in the quote. A certificate of origin is available on request for programs that require one.
