Custom Napkin FAQ

What is the minimum order quantity?

50 units per design — no maximum. We handle everything from boutique events to large hotel and restaurant chains.

How long does production take?

Production takes 5 days after payment confirmation. The remaining days in your delivery window are for shipping to your door.

Is shipping cost included?

Yes. Shipping is included in all our prices — no hidden fees, no surprises at checkout.

What printing methods are available?

We offer hot stamp (gold, silver, or custom foil), full-color digital print, and standard 1–2 color print. Not sure which fits your design? We'll guide you.

Do you ship outside the United States?

We currently ship within the 48 contiguous United States only. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Bitcoin.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We only ship within the 48 contiguous United States.

All orders must be shipped to a valid street address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

Returns & Refunds

Custom & Personalized Orders

Due to the make-to-order nature of our personalized napkins, all custom sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photos of the issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement or an appropriate resolution at no additional cost.

Non-Custom (Standard) Products

Returns are accepted only for non-personalized, unopened, and unused items in full case quantities.

A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested within 30 days of the order date.

The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and full case quantities.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

No refund will be issued for items that have been opened, used, or returned incomplete. Such items may be discarded or donated.

Important

We strongly recommend reviewing and approving all personalization details (including spelling, dates, and design choices) before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors approved by the customer.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes the information collected by or on behalf of The Napkin Company Inc. through our website and the services available through our Site and our interactions with you both online and offline (collectively, "Services"), as well as how that information is used and disclosed.

We may modify or update this Policy from time to time. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect Personal Information when you use our Services, falling into three categories: (a) information you provide to us; (b) information we collect through automated methods; and (c) information we collect from other sources.

Information You Provide: Accounts, online orders, payment data, contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, and feedback.

Data Automatically Collected: Cookies and tracking technologies may collect IP addresses, device IDs, approximate location, browser type, pages visited, and usage data. We use Google Analytics to understand Site usage.

We currently do not honor "do not track" signals.

Data from Other Sources: We may obtain information from Shop Pay or Social Media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Pinterest). Your use of Social Media is governed by those platforms' own policies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use Personal Information to: process orders and payments; respond to inquiries; manage accounts; improve the Site; conduct business analytics; send marketing communications (you may opt-out via unsubscribe link); protect our legal rights; and create de-identified aggregated data.

3. Retention of Personal Information

We retain Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer period is required by law. We take reasonable steps to delete your Personal Information when no longer needed.

4. Disclosure of Personal Information

We may disclose Personal Information to: affiliates; third-party service providers; government officials or law enforcement when legally required; professional advisors; and successors in the event of a change of ownership or bankruptcy.

5. Children's Information

The Services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us Personal Information, please contact us and we will delete it.

6. Data Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to help secure Personal Information. No data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure.

7. Access from Outside the United States

Personal Information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, which may have different data protection laws than other countries.

8. Third-Party Websites

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their privacy policies. This Policy does not apply to any third-party websites.

We may modify the Site and its content at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee that displayed prices will always be accurate.

6. Restrictions on Use

You may not: copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Site; use the Site for unlawful purposes; submit false or misleading information; engage in data mining or scraping; upload viruses or malware; or use the Site to create competing products or services.

We reserve the right to refuse any order, limit quantities, or cancel orders at our sole discretion. We may notify you via the contact information provided at the time of order.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE NAPKIN COMPANY INC. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $50 USD.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Napkin Company Inc. and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims arising out of your violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

17. Third-Party Websites

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

18. Use in the United States

The Site is intended for use in the United States only. Access from other locations is at your own risk.

19. Term and Termination

We may restrict or terminate your access to the Site at any time for any reason, without liability to you.

20. Cooperation with Law Enforcement

We will cooperate with law enforcement if you are suspected of violating applicable laws.

21–22. Assignment & Waiver

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written permission. Any waiver by us must be in a signed writing.

23. Dispute Resolution – Arbitration

You agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration on an individual basis, administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits. Good-faith discussions must be attempted first. Claims must be commenced within one (1) year of the dispute.

24. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Venue is exclusively in the courts of the State of Florida.

25–26. Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and The Napkin Company Inc. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
