What resolution photo do I need for custom napkins with photo?
Minimum 300 DPI at final print size. For a 3.94x3.94 inch cocktail napkin print area, that's ~1,200x1,200 pixels minimum. Higher resolution is always better. Send us your file and we'll check before production and flag any issues.
What photo file formats do you accept?
JPG, PNG, TIFF, PDF, or high-res vector (AI, EPS, SVG). We prefer files with an embedded color profile (sRGB or Adobe RGB). If your photo is print-ready CMYK, that's ideal but not required.
Will my photo look exactly like it does on screen?
Photos print in CMYK color space (paper printing standard), while screens display in RGB. Very saturated blues, vivid oranges, and neon-bright colors shift slightly on paper. We flag any colors that will shift meaningfully in the proof we send you before production.
