What is airlaid?
Airlaid is a non-woven paper made by bonding fibers with air instead of water. The result is a thick, soft, lint-free napkin that mimics the look and hand-feel of linen — without laundry.
Airlaid vs regular paper napkin?
Airlaid is thicker, softer, more durable, and visually closer to cloth. Regular paper napkins (2-ply, 3-ply) are thinner and made for higher-volume everyday service.
What sizes and folds are available?
Cocktail (3.94 in and 4.72 in folded), dinner (15.75 in open), kangaroo fold with cutlery pocket, and 1/8 fold guest towel.
Can airlaid be printed?
Yes. Airlaid supports full-color digital print, hot stamp foil in 37 Pantone-matched colors, and standard logo printing.
What is the minimum order?
