The NapkinWhite, ivory, blush, lavender, and burgundy cover most wedding palettes. Navy, black, and pine support evening receptions and more formal settings. Custom color matching is quoted by requirement.
A working cheat-sheet used by wedding planners to estimate quantities per moment of the weekend program. Rules of thumb — always add 10-15% buffer for spills and take-home mementos.
Example: a 120-guest wedding with cocktail hour + 4-course dinner + late-night bar needs roughly 480 cocktail + 480 dinner + 360 late-night = 1,320 total napkins. Round up to 1,500 for buffer and mementos.
Not every wedding moment needs the same napkin. Match the material to the setting so the budget goes where guests notice it most.
Airlaid. Linen-like premium feel. Guests touch this napkin during the most photographed and remembered moments of the weekend. Worth the price uplift on the courses that matter.
Doble Punto or 3-ply. Premium look without airlaid pricing. Volume moment where guests take 3-4 napkins each — mid-tier material stretches budget across all guests.
2-ply or 3-ply. High-volume, casual, low-touch. Practical material that still carries your monogram or wedding date — no one is inspecting quality at 1am.
Doble Punto or Airlaid. Morning service is calm and considered — guests notice quality here. Doble Punto is the sweet spot for polish without the reception price point.
